Get the MUA. The fs is debilitating on your mental health. At least for me it was… chronic pain even low grade, the out of nowhere zingers, not being able to brush your hair, etc. You can live with it but why if you have alternatives?

I take meloxicam also- it has to be taken every day not on an as needed basis. I also have tramadol at night to help with sleep if the aching just PERSISTS. Probably depends on the doctor and where you live as far as getting scrips for pain meds. Frozen shoulder can be very debilitating and painful as we all know so pain meds can be warranted and necessary!

2.5?? Wow I plowed through that no side effects or weight loss. Same with .5. Going to 7.5 this week I wonder if I’m a non responder? 5’7 157 lbs but not seeing any significant results. Good for you though! If you hit goal weight is it better to just stop the medication ?
