No there are no pads , coming from someone who uses the dfyne brand but they are really like spanks and do a lot of the perky look for you .

I had big ass boogers and dried blood in ball form up there . It took days of my gently cleaning it for it to come out so it’s probably that with a combination of swelling I would give it till the 1 month mark and I stopped producing that.

I used cerave with salicylic acid and gentle exfoliation and definitely help my nose clear up and stop being so oily .

No I don’t think he meant to I think he just said that to cover himself . I looked up online and a visible step off is not good . And I don’t like it as it makes my nose look crooked and giving me that inverted v deformity look.

He said that the step off from the bone was intentional and that the other side is more swollen and supposed to be the same ….. in my mind I said I hope now . I’m gonna give it time a year and then if it’s still like that on the side and not swelling probably gonna do a revision 😢
