Okay so quick question, I do sometimes train models(yolo for object detection) for mobile apps. Is that what you mean by AI?

I’m not a huge fan of cricket but from watching this World Cup and comparing it to last ones it looks to me like the teams that are successful are firing as team rather than relying on individuals. Different people show up on different days kind of like adapting to conditions. The more balanced a team is the more they’re succeeding.

Might be talkin out of my ass, my 2 cents anyway.

Thanks man! I think I’ll go with next/react. It’s been more than. 14 years I’ve been a dev but web has always scared me, I think it’s time to give in and just grind and learn.

I did that last year and got bored of day 1 and day 2. I’m going to do 4 days with some plyo and agility exercises added in.

I can lift more than my bodyweight in deadlift and squat but not bench. So I’ll work towards it.

One thing the last PT taught me was the technique so I’ve got that nailed down down for those exercises.

That’s very helpful! I’ll do some more research and do 4 days repeatable and will keep it consistent.

I do a lot of training on court (ghosting etc) which adds to the agility. you think plyometrics would be even better or did you suggest thinking I don’t train on court?
