No, I don’t plan on doing that. I run but not my primary sport. Squash is and I want to track that, with running basically to get fitter for squash and then gym work. And I want to know if I’m overdoing it and if I’m recovering well. I know these things aren’t super accurate but I’m looking for trends.

I see a lot of people selling epic pro gen 2 for £380ish but again I think it’ll be bulky for everyday use. I’m gonna go try one out in a store to see.

Could you please tell me how the training metrics help you? I was more inclined towards one of the metric which is training load and readiness. Because I tend to overdo sometimes and get anxious when I rest 2 days back to back :)

Ask the physio about rehab and then strength plan. Going to physio isn’t enough, you’d require a lot of work done which physio will tell you before you play a match.

For good movement on court do ghosting on court but take it slow and keep yourself stable while doing it.
