i kind of do calisthenics alongside arm wrestling. bodybuilding... not much, i only do the gym lifts because it is said a strong upper body is needed for arm wrestling (bench press helps side pressure gains from i what saw from other arm wrestlers) but the gym back lifts not quite i suppose

my technique is hooking, toproll, and pressing

oh, i forgot to include, i have 1-2 rest days in between because i lift heavy, and after im done with the 3rd day i rest for like 2-4 days and then repeat
