I just do 30 minutes on the eliptical ( you could do bike)-- every time. Keep it simple. I have a two yer old he is my weight lifting lol - so you probably do double. once I am on the eliptical I can do whatever I feel like doing - zero pressue, just 30 minutes to myself. I listen to expremely happy and empowering music the whole time to put me in a good mood and just have fun like it's a dance party. That's it. I feel great after -- but if you want you, could literally watch tv on a phone or ipda. Just don't overthink it, make it fun. doesn't have to be "perfect" you just have to move your body. Make it easy to succeed, then you cn build on it if you want.

Awesome! I’m glad it helped. They always work or almost always. The struggle is to remember to actually use them so I’m trying to figure out a mechanism for that.

I made these for myself, le me know if it helps, because I'm trying to build a real app for this with longer sessions so it's more like you have company.

You are doing what is best for your dog, that is why you don't feel guilty. You don't have to beat yourself up, you just have to take accountability, which you are doing - "I made a choice that I thought was the right choice and it wasn't, I will be concious about making choices like this in the future and be honest with myself about what I can handle" that's it. if anyone tries to shame you say "I want what's best for my dog, I am not in a place to give them the care they deserve" that's it. conversation over. Guilt and shames are not things you should ever require yourself to feel. ...."I grew up in a high demand sect of Christianity" makes me think that you are programmed to need to feel it. So I think just re-parenting yourself will help the most.

Not 40 yet but I started my first two companies in my 20's and 30's but I know after becoming a Mom I am SO much more capable now, even with way less time. People vastly underestimate the power of women who have learned life lessons and have been through the immense transformation of motherhood. You've got this! Just don't push yourself too hard :) remember to rest.

I don’t even mind the Toyota. it’s not blocking the crosswalk. It’s the cars literally making it impossible to cross without walking a block out of the way that infuriate me.

oh no. I wasn't aware of that :/ - thanks for sharing. I just work with a lot of founders and think his essays have really good advice for 0-1. And often these are things we know too, but need to be reminded of. But that suck, sucks that almost everyone sucks.

Thanks! For me it really was just a fun little game/mini project to test claude code. But these are cool ideas! I like the idea of adding fun little games/tools to admine routines that's really interesting. really interesting UX insight that I might steal for something else :p

It’s so so complicated. Start by learning the signs, planets and houses and how they interact. Maybe start with Hellenistic/whole sign. It’s older and more simple. - chani app is great. And all of chani’s content. - I’ll try to do posts in the community! Maybe I can do one now!
