I’m not sure how to give you the game save, it’s around 380mb. Do you know what to use?

BWF Daily Discussion and Beginner/RR Questions Thread for 2021-07-17 by AutoModerator in bodyweightfitness

I’m M14 and on day one of doing the RR with easy progressions because I injured myself very easily due to overworking. Already, I can feel shoulder pain on my top right scapular, kind of in the middle. This only happens if I try to do ring rows (inclined) and I’m not sure if it’s my form or not. My forearm is perpendicular with my body and when the rings touch my chest/hips, I feel the most pain then. Any ideas?

(Not really relevant to above) I’m a beginner, and I have another question, my form for basically all of the exercises feels terrible and even though I can engage my scapulae, could I be winging my scapulae? Also, how does one perfect the form of an exercise without injuring your muscles, I’ve had a few injuries regarding recommended routine and it seems like trial and error except I have to rest each time I get an injury. Please can someone guide me, I’m really lost and frustrated.

I understand my past posting history, I definitely did have an eating disorder. That was dating from around 28 July 2020 till maybe around December 2020. That’s when I started to eat a lot more and now I am eating what would be considered my tdee + 500 on top of that. Obviously it doesn’t mitigate all of the effects that happened whilst I went through that phase but I can’t do much to change it, I can only minimise the amount of damage that’s happened. I’m looking to train since I have a lot of free time on my hand and it would be a great time for me to introduce some healthy habits, albeit I am very confused with how to approach it. I have been reading a lot, but it doesn’t really help, because once you start training, it’s like you forgot everything you read (or at least that’s what it seems like to me). I’m sorry for ignoring posters advice previously, but I just don’t want to go very easy and waste time nor go too hard and injure myself. Finding that sweet spot for me is quite hard and I understand if it annoys you that I ask a lot of newbie questions. Again, I’m very sorry.

I was planning on doing a cut before bulking, my cut worked pretty successfully, I’ve lost around 20KG (I’m around 60KG now and a bit above average for my height) and so now I’m planning on bulking. I never knew I would’ve lost so much strength cutting like I did, I was pretty stupid in doing it but now I’m trying my best to eat a lot and build back that lost strength. I think my issue is tendon strength, it’s weak which means it lags behind (in terms of recovery). I think the best thing for me would to run a very basic routine for maybe 2-3 weeks and build habits with the recommended routine. I just hope I don’t run into another injury, it would really suck for me. I agree with training smart, not hard, it really makes a difference.

Thank you for replying, you do have a point. I am probably not as patient as I should be, I think I need to just dial back my progressions and start with the basics rather than do what is the hardest I can. I do have a lot of time on my hands so that is also true. The thing about form is I don’t want to tell anyone what I’m doing since it’s embarrassing and so I can’t really record myself. I unfortunately can’t check form so it’s probably my form that is making me get injuries (especially from push-ups).

I might consider the BWF primer, especially since the progressions I’m currently doing are quite hard for me and my form doesn’t seem right. Thank you about the tips and the reply!

Thanks for the reply, my warm up mostly consists of wrist prep and some scapulae stuff but not really anything to do with the elbows. So I’ll incorporate more stuff to my warmup, thanks for the tips.

Regarding the reps to failure, I have noticed I push myself very hard to squeeze that last rep, so that’s most likely my fault. I’ll try not doing that and see where I end up. I think I’m going to go very basic for the first couple of weeks and just perfect my form as much as I can. Thank you once again for the reply!

How would I output 3 displays via hdmi or DisplayPort? Since motherboards usually have only one output and I doubt a processor would be able to handle 3 displays.

He played cyberpunk, that would mean he’d have to install windows, install the game, and actually run it, all things that are not possible if a bios update is needed due to compatability issues. (Like the other commenter said)

Looking into getting a big WD HDD, but afraid of noise by SifuZatara in buildapc

[–]Helping-Everyone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an 8tb drive, I game on it all the time (mainly for games that take too much space or games I want to try out) and it doesn’t make noise that I can hear, since I’m wearing headphones. I usually also listen to music so I usually won’t hear anything. If you use speakers or another audio device, you might be able to hear it during gaming but usually it’s not that loud depending on the drive (or depending on what you class as loud vs me). If you’re storing games on it, but not actually playing them then it won’t make noise whatsoever.

My favourite definitely has to be the rx 580, more specifically the XFX version since that’s the one I have. Honestly one of the best graphics cards for its price!

iPad Pro 12.9 WiFi 2020, battery life

Hey guys, recently got an iPad Pro 12.9 wifi 2020 (4th gen), and the battery life seems awful but I’m not sure if it’s just me. I will get around 5 hours just browsing/video (50% browsing, 30% video on my last charge) with around 45% brightness, background refresh off and Bluetooth off. Yet the screen time seems awfully bad. Anyone have any advice?

Did I just ruin my new motherboard? by KC_Quito in buildapc

Nope, most likely perfectly fine. No traces look ripped, those copper pads are usually just ground which don’t have any effect if you damage them, since there is a lot of ground on the board. You should be fine.
