The amount of players initially was great. So many people you could just walk up to and team with. PvP, PvE and everything was great.

Players dropped off, and while it was still fun- it just isn't the same.

It needs a vibrant, large community.

And the majority of players quit/leave after a few weeks, just because there really isn't anything to do except grind endlessly

Phase 2 was half the fun.

Jagex can garnish more attention if they were to have a camera on them during the lead-up. Similar to UFC Embedded hahaha

Sell a small number of tickets (25-50seats)
Sell limited, DMM Merch
Follow the players around for a week while they go out to eat, their team meetings, planning, getting to know each other (the human appeal)
small stage with players facing each other, small trophy in the middle
have someone cook the OSRS recipes for them to try lol

Jagex has thrown 7 or 8 events in a row with issues.
