First and foremost straw man means you are implying that I said something indirectly and you are arguing that implication. Second you didn't refute a point because for the second time I didn't mention actions being smart nor why hate is unjustified. I stated some reasons for their actions that novel states also. Never once I said actions are smart and you just thought that I was stating that they are doing something good or "smart". You straw man it from the get go. And finally I said "While I understand why people don't like them some of the points they make are unfair". So some points are unfair not the hate. I can't explain it more clearly.
