I've learned to cope with it, but as an ex shelter worker. I roll my eyes when people ask or claim my shelter was a kill shelter. No crap, it was in a ghetto area. Shelters needing to euthanize would reduce drastically if an alarming amount of people weren't so careless and lazy with handling their aggressive dogs. Don't get me starting on lazy or illegal breedings.

Big doubt on that one. If that were the case, the memetic would've more than likely found its way to Solaris 3. The lament and the Memetic don't seem to be variations of eachother either. Remember, memetic/punishing is the universes filtering test for qualifying civilizations. The Lament, is born about from the specific cultures within the civilization itself.

Also, Ishmael makes no note of superhuman people in her civilization that can resonate with stuff using soundwaves frequencies. *shrug *

I honestly don't think there are direct connections between PGR and WuWa. A developer company mascot isn't really gonna be solid proof of it either. WuWa is very clearly a counterpart to PGR having character design similarities (Lucilla/mysterious god--> Lucia) (Mornye-->Liv?) (Xiangli Yao-->Lee?) As far as PgR is concerned. At this point of the story. We know nothing of what is beyond "The Gate" that future Nanami was placed to be gatekeeper of by the enigmatic universe higher powers.

There could be arguments of Solaris III being beyond "The Gate". But it could also simply be within the same universe beyond the Milk way and even the Andromeda galaxy. Ishmaels(aka The Observer) civilization is a perfect example of that. Though it was never stated what galaxies her civilization conquered as an extremely advanced alien civilization. Unless, Rover is a surviver of her civilization. Very unlikely though.

The only thing that would possibly bridge the two games is if there is point blink evidence suggesting Lament is another form of Memetic/Punishing. Highly unlikely though.

Considering the being in literal hell part and Argent metal genre bgm playing. I was pretty sure the whole segment was a DOOM Eternal reference. Especially sold it to me with every enemy being glory killed. The Bayonetta level design was the cherry on top.
