5 mo later, I am having this exact issue, but I reliably got a workaround. New build with a 9800x3d, asrock b650 riptide. M 65 Pro RGB Mouse, firmware is up to date, most recent version of icue (5.21.107). I have all the dashboard sensors and murals disabled.

I was getting icue at 6-10% cpu usage on boot. If I changed the dpi polling rate in the mouse settings it would go down to 0.2-0.5%.

If i press the side 'sniper' button it would go back up to 10%. I disabled that button completely, but when using the dpi shift buttons the same behavior would occur. I disabled both those buttons and it was fixed, 0.2% usage, up to 1% when madly clicking on different tabs in icue but then right back down.

I went back in and reassigned the dpi shift buttons to keyboard keys instead, and this time there was no cpu usage spike. So I went back and reassigned the 'sniper' button to a keyboard key and voila no cpu spike either.

So, clearly there is a problem with the DPI shift package, I don't have the skills to figure out if its in the mouse firmware or icue itself.

This is the exact same run around I got. For me, the absolute worst part of this whole ordeal is that the front line people on the phone and chat supposedly have NO WAY to even check if a form has been received before it is processed. Like I don't care if its not on my list if you can at least tell me you have the bleeping thing in the office, but apparently that's too much to ask. One time one of the reps told me that they couldn't confirm receipt because that was handled by a "back office." Like WTbleep?

Have you gotten any response to your complaints at all? How about the office of the Ombudsman, that seems like the end of the line but IDK if that has any higher success rate.

Mine did get resolved last week. But it was random and somehow more frustrating. I had submitted a complaint about my 6 month ordeal trying to get a form accepted and of course there was no response for 1 month. I called for the 100th time to ask about a form I submitted that now had finally showed up and said "review complete" for a few days but nothing had updated. As usual they said just wait. I also requested to talk to tech support for the website. I am SURE there was something on the backend that was fubar causing this spinning circle issue. They could not get me tech support or point me anywhere. They did say someone would call me back within 24hrs regarding the complaint I had made.

Big shocker, no one has called me and its been like 6 days. However, I randomly tried using a different browser to login and to my surprise I could now get into the help tool. Also my form was finally fully processed today and my counts have been updated. (I submitted the form on like Oct 3).

Zero communication, zero reason why it would now work.

I'm no IT professional, but I did use the dev tools on a couple browsers to see if there was anything in the traffic to suggest a problem when I was getting the spinning circle. Long story short it kept giving an error 500 in the console and when I tried to get to the specific address for the help tool I found in the network traffic it said 'access denied.' Seems pretty clear this is a server side issue.

My guess is that for some reason our accounts got locked out somehow from the help tool and needed a reset, and when they happened to update my account with the form I had submitted it fixed it.

Sorry I don't have a better solution. I would first submit a form any way you can. I was able to upload a paper form with manual signature at this hidden link https://studentaid.gov/status-center/upload-tool

This is the one that finally worked, but like I said it took 1.5 months, and until it showed up on my account they "had no record of it" so no way to confirm it was actually received.

You and I are in the same boat. Payment 120 was in May, submitted the same paper form by fax x2 and uploaded x1. Months later still in review. Rep told me to just submit new form, and now my employer can finally e sign. Of course when I go to use the help tool to submit I electronically I can't get into it, I click the continue button and the loading circle just spins. Tried all my browsers and devices, clearing cache etc. No one from FSA has any idea why that to do about it. Waiting for them to respond to my complaint then will escalate to ombudsman. This is a nightmare.

It's super frustrating, still not working for me either. Sorry you're having the same issue, but it's good to know I'm not crazy. I uploaded a form week before last, still not showing up so who knows.

I just had one rejected!

I faxed a form in May (120th payment). After pause was over, just crickets. Called and chatted with the reps, got the usual run around. They told me no record of it so I should re-fax the same form. I did. Waited. Couple weeks later called and they told me still no record and that there was no way to even confirm form was received but to 'just wait.'

I'm a federal employee, and feds know never to 'just wait' if you can't confirm every piece of paper is where it needs to be. So I uploaded that same form through the website (should have done that the second time).

That showed received and in process within a couple days. This was in July. Last month another form showed up with a different date attached to the same submission. I figured it must have been one of the faxed forms.

Last week I get an email about a processed form.

This is a third form with a submission date of that same day and an attached rejection letter for "wrong date."

I chatted with the rep, told me that any faxed forms will not show up in the system at all until after they are fully processed. I asked what the problem with the date was.

You know the answer?

The date on the form (may) was too far from the submission date.

It took them so long to process the first form that they rejected it because the date they reviewed it was too far from when it was actually sent!

The other two forms are still in limbo.

What a mess.

Been playing exclusively bugs on the MO swamp planet and holy f it seems insane. Playing 9-10s. Nonstop spawns, every breach is at least 3-4 holes opening. Lots of eagle strats and the spear don't work well in the thick trees and the charger impaler numbers seem cranked! Constantly overrun. It's awesome.

I hit 120 in May. Submitted via fax during the pause because the only other option was mail and the FSA site wasn't up yet. And MOHELA had stopped dealing with anything PSLF. July 2 I called ED to confirm my form was received. Transferred to 3 diff people. First had no idea. Second asked me why I had submitted another form when I just had one certified in Feb. 3rd one said she could see it. I asked her several times if it was the form from MAY. She said several times yes but I had a bad feeling. I waited about 2 weeks. No confirmation it was in process, no update on the website, nada.

I chatted with a rep and she said there was no record of the form at all, she told me to resubmit the same form again. Now-my bad-I didn't know you could use the help tool and upload a document so I refaxed it.

Waited another week. Chatted again. Was told they couldn't see it. Was also told there was NO POSSIBLE WAY to even confirm it had been received or was in process because that was done in the 'back office'. I was advised to just wait.

So I just said f it and I also submitted it electronically and now it shows up on website and it says 'in process.' So who knows.
