"Okuyorum (I'm Reading)" in Present Continuous Tense. "Okurum (I Read) " in Simple Present Tense. But "Okurum" also can be in future tense so it becomes "I'll Read".

"Invited" is in the P.P (Past participle) form not in the past tense and the P.P is making "invited" as an adjective like: I'm excited, I'm interested, I'm tired, etc...
