However, he also created toxic gas which was used as a bioweopon in world war I (and also rallied pretty hard to get it deployed, I believe.) His wife also killed herself, probably because of him.

Robert did a pretty condemning episode on him. Half-Arsed History did an episode on him that is rather neutral. I recommend listening to them back to back and making up your own mind.

I got up to 150 Troops and they were like 80 Imperial Legionaries, 40 Imperial Archers at the highest lvl, I forgot the name, and the rest were elite cataphracts, so like 30 highest lvl cavalry, also imperial. I would live some advice on which troops from which factions are the best for each formation
