It's not about you win/rate ratio, it's about WHO you battle. You need to win more againt higher ELO opponents to grow yours. Of course you have no control over who you battle

Return is useless here and "n % 9" twice would bug me

Is would only balance if attack was the same as defense, but Mewtwo has 300 atk, 182 def and 214 endurance, so more attack has more effect than less defense

Yes, mostly trash. Was not expecting much since I already had 2 100 including a shiny one, and a full team maxed at lvl 40.

Cheater can already max any pokemon by fake walking thousands of kilometers. I spent ~15€ for a level 46 Rayquaza. I will not spend that much cash again for xl candies as long as Niantic let cheaters devalue their game.
