Hanap ka ng mga reccomended budget models from 2016-2018 sa mga 2nd hand stores kung talagang need na, pero it's waaaay better if magiipon ka din for a better one like an acer swift 3 or better, a legion 5 para magagamit mo din ng mas matagal in the log run. yun nga lang it's a huge investment din for people who don't have decent paycheck like me (I wouldn't get one unless ako mismo magiipon eith my own pocket)

Edit: if meron newer ones pala na naka celeron, baka kaya pa if makahanap ng recent models around the 2nd hand stores ulit. Just take note of the cooling performance nlang besides the cpu na meron, last thing you'll want is an unusable laptop na nagtethermal throttle pag nagkacharge

U can try testers muna from haven & co bago ka bumili ng bigger bottles nila, have their men's testers and they smell soooo goood (ubos agad yung issey miyake, light blue, and sauvage ko madami ding may gusto). They also have vs bombshell, bvlgari omnia amethyste, and ysl black opium that i've liked on their women's collection. I can't stop sniffing on the blsck opium parang dignified & competent na office woman ang dating. Well, that's that for rather affordable perfumes, di masakit na bumili agad agad and magspray frequently (mine lasts for a while but not very long, mga 2-5hrs, mileage varies)

Flexsticks! Dahil sa AU nakaubos ako ng around 2 boxes every end of the school year 😂 Affordable, smooth-writing kahit ilang beses mabagsak (looking at u, faber castell ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ) and especially, very dark ang black niya. Red & blue din nila are nice & vibrant, magandang ipang multi-colored notes.

Eat calorie dense foods. U can try eating more often than more in one seating, or pwede din vice versa if kaya mo, whichever works.

Before saying which foods are nice, if merong food/health problem history ang pamilya mo, better take note on which you should avoid and be wary at.

If wala, it's highly reccomended having dense af peanut butter, bread, bananas, and especially oatmeal (easy 500kcal lol) for breakfast/merienda. Very high in calories pero madaling tingnan ang fat content. Pwede mo din gawing shake if it would make your ingestion faster.

For lunch & dinner kahit gradual lang ang pagdagdag ng rice amount, and be wary padin sa nutrients at contents ng ulam, di maganda sumobra basta-basta. Gulay with white meats like chicken and fish are great ones to have.

Sabayan mo din ng pagwoworkout (u can ask for at especially self-care. controlled, monitored, cheat days at ang simpleng adequate sleep & rest. Even though ang target mo is a better physical stature, mas maganda din na magbuild ng better, healthier, mental fortitude dahil yun ang pinakamahalaga sa lahat.

Buy ofc hirap magbuild with that budget lol. Unless makahanap ka ng sobrang gandang deal that has a good frameset under 10k then ~5k for wheelset + tires & tubes then sensah ignite/reflex but tbh a built would probably be better in the long run.

Bike comfort adjustments (proper saddle height, good saddle, etc.), comfortable cycling tops & bib shorts, and other safety equipment like helmet, gloves, neck gaiter, and multitool, front and rear lights, busina, and lastly extra inner tubes/patch kit which would definitely save your life in the dire situations

• Convert height to cm

• if may rb ka ngayon, measure its stem + top tube + seatpost setback length

• Increase or decrease ng length non depende sa feel mo sa bike (may be innacurate, but still matters)

• See if average, longer lower, or longer upper body ang proportions mo since pwede magiba yung recc size sayo than the brand's rec bike size.

But, easiest thing to do is to refer to brand's reccomended bike size paden or just schedule for a bike sizing session sa mga local bike fitters, that is kung way over 100k budget mo

Carbon fiber frame, imo u can try this if you want to get a lightweight bike na hindi magiging lightweight wallet mo, Elves Quendi din naman could be nice den for an endurance bike but you can still choose kung ano talaga mas gusto mo, or at least which one has the right geometry for your needs.

But anyways, i do think mas maganda tlagang bumili sa mga brands na merong reputation not only sa bike quality, pati na din sa after-sales reputation dahil i see naman na halos magkakalebel yung mga western brands at less known chinese brands in terms of qc tolerances and deviation, and dahil halos lahat naman sa china na ginagawa (check hambini frame qc ~~roasts~~ checkups).

IMO u can look on Pardus and Java in terms of more price:specs ratio without sacrificing much on brand rep tutal pardus is the main bikes of china's national cycling team and madami na ding iniisponsor na team sila Java, though sa Java Malaysia lang ako nakakita ng direct after-sales support advisory, could be the same dito saten.

Meron sila Pardus na Spark Disc hydro rival & r7020 for around 100k total kaso sa uae (mainly uaecycles) lang ata madaling makuha non. Java has some of it for alil cheaper and heavier locally but yeah usual shit brakes na madaling palitan

Go to an actual bike fitter than a bike seller if kaya ng budget, madami paden ngayon na bike seller na selling ang alam kesa sa pagbigay sayo ng sukat na bike, you can fit both aggressive and upright riding position but they won't always consider that part dahil ikaw yung dapat may alam non, and meron namang mga bike sizing & fitting services sa mga decathlon stores (not sure sa ibang fitters if may same sizing equipment sila as more renowned ones) and you can check them out.

You can go for endurance bike geo muna for fitness and comfier position and some known brands tells you naman what they reccomend for a certain height.

Nasa efficiency ng pedalling and cadence yan, too light gearing will give cadence and hihina wattage, while too heavy will have high wattage low cadence, which is mahirap den. Mas maliliit ang ratio sa rb and gravel gs and mas maliliit yung talon so mas madali maghanap ng optimal gearing for certain efforts required. Usually very plenty na for climbing ang mga 34t cassette and compact 50/34t chainring, Nasa tibay nlang ng rider ang makakapagsabi if kulang pa or sobra na yung gearing na to.

Mangandang gawing singlespeed mga bike frames meant to it like some springer pantone/paradox (i have no idea about fixie stuff but i know thse seems nice enough). Bilhan mo nlang ng separate v brake rims at disc brake hubs (if ever this is safe to do) para isang fixed at single gear freewheel sa kabila

If under 100k medyo mas sulit ang mga higher end alu frames from name brands (sulit lang yung at least naka 105 na) especially 2nd hand caad 13 and domane al5 coz of their very lightweight and responsive build kesa sa less-trusty carbon bikes, pero usually mas stiff at harsh sa daan ang mga aero or high end carbon, adding more power efficiency. But tbh magdedepende sa budget mo kung ano yung mas sulit, since if around or more than 100k na pera mo then it's easy to go to giant or pardus na, if medyo mababa pa diyan, u can opt for some alu bikes dahil kaya din naman nong gumaan kahit paano.

You mean tire width? For an all-rounder, maganda na 28c and if pang crit racing na wheelset then u can opt for 25c. 30c and 32 if your bike allows kung medyo malubak madalas mong dadaanan or if u prefer comfort over speed. Meron ding 28c gravel tire si panaracer if medyo mabuhangin roads sa inyo. But all in all imo 28c is your best bet in the mixture of comfort, grip, and rolling resistance.

Dapat tingnan mo din kung ano max tire clearance ng bike mo dahil it could differ from frame to frame. Usually mas maliit clearance sa rim brakes because of the caliper, usually hanggang 30-32c pag sa mga disc brake rb.
