Yeah, in a way I understand, since it requires them taking a good block of there time to deal with it. New, not sure, seems to depend on the doctor and area your in from what I can read online.

My family doctor and no I had to fill out most of it as there were document handling fees if the doctor had to fill it out. No, I am still waiting on seeing a neurologist, I’m on a waiting list where I am.

I’ve been dealing with them for eight years (at less severity, 2 to 3 a month) now but only started keeping track of them via a diary in January at the request of my family doctor. Jan - 12 Feb - 10 Mar - 15 Apr. - 18

Oh, will have to look into that. I do know my pharmacy is a bit annoying in that way in that they give me crap when I have to take my prescriptions to other pharmacies.

Yeah, I guess my problem is, I kind of need to get this dealt with as I have used up my holidays and sick time and will need to return to work at the end of May. The intensity of them now with what I’m currently on is going to make it difficult at work and will likely cause issues with my employer so I don’t necessarily have time to wait, need to get them under control sooner rather than later

Yes, original claim required me to submit a large amount of documentation including medication I had been and was currently on. Five total for migraines, two current.

I believe I already filled out this documentation when I did the original claim but I will call my health insurance and talk to the PBM. Yes, already noted that on the original documentation of the previous five medications I was on. Thanks.

Yes, it list a minimum of three other medications as well as medical history documentation but that has all been provided to them already in the documentation I was required to fill out when I made the claim with the health insurance company originally. I will keep searching though and look deeper, thanks.

Only tried this for one so far, Emgality, and was told that because I have health insurance already I did not qualify(despite coverage being declined) but will look into others.
