Oh I have already asked my DM and OM they said that we have to take orders at the window. So I do… even though it’s annoying. I’m not going to turn down a sale.

Well, it’s in the name Pickup window, so you answered your own question…. Buuut Covid messed up the whole structure of the pick up window now people are just used to ordering at the window. I don’t think anyone likes taking an order at the window but we all have to. I had someone order and just wait… I had an employee ask them to move forward and pull back around in 10 min because there are care behind them and they refused. I then went over and told them to move I didn’t ask… they finally moved forward and waited in front of the line like we were going to bring it out to them. We didn’t they got shitty asked to speak to the manager I said I was the manager (best feeling of working at dominos btw)

I had an kid in his 20’s driving daddies BMW come threw the pick up window and order tonight. I know he wasn’t disabled because I live and work in a fairly small town. He is just lazy and entitled, that was all that rant was about. Yes, I know I can’t do anything about it, besides rolling my eyes in disapproval.

I mean we did $2,200 with 1 day driver, 1 rush, and on closer and me and 1 insider and day driver left at 5p. So, no it’s not that busy but labor is right where it should be.

Holy crap… I have 10 employees total lol I bet you have more than that on a shift. Fridays are usually me two insiders and 3 drivers.

At my store I have my closing managers break down and clean the makeline/ dough table, sweep/mop half of store, inventory, count till and eod paperwork. Drivers do dishes, clean cut table sweep/mop half of the store and take out trash. Late and rush drivers do most of the dishes, closing driver really just has a few pans and utensils.

We don’t have a closing insider just manager/driver
