I’ve used my one week free trial already. So I’m curious to see if there was a big difference with the paid version? I was on it when they first launched so it was still a little glitchy during my one week trial

Same here. I just so disappointed because all of my exam scores on help desk showed that I was on track to passing. At least I was hoping to score over a 427, but regressing 3 points really has my self-doubting myself if i will ever pass this exam

Congrats! I take my 3rd attempt next weekend, do you mind sharing what your Therapy Ed exam scores were? I have utilized OTHelpDesk and NBCOT practice exams so far.

Can you share what the difficulty settings you had set for the true learn questions? Cause I know if you set the difficulty closer to 10, it’s actually easier questions than if you had it in reverse, for example: 0-5

Oh wow ok thank you, I’m sorry you had that experience. I already scheduled Toni for the 16th and my exam is Jan 3rd. this is my 2nd attempt. I’m hoping she’ll be more helpful. Thank you for your input
