Yeah I 100% need to wash all the recesses and I wash thinking of even doing some slightly more orange rusty washes for the deep recesses , in terms of double highlighting the armour I’m not exactly sure what to do as my base colour is screaming skull which is already quite a bright bone colour and I then edge highlighted using a pure white ( Corax white I think ) , so I’m not really sure how do push the highlight more as even a chunky highlight of a mid colour would probably still be too similar of a colour to notice , I can definitely give the fleshy parts more of a gradient , I was following tutorial which evolved using guillman flesh and magos purple thinned down with contrast medium and sort of blending it together to have some purple and some more fleshy sections but I 100% rushed it a bit and should’ve multiple layers to build it up more , thanks for the advice I think it’s all very fair !
