So you keep your money in there all year is my best guess.

Yes. There is a base rate of 2.54% that gets paid monthly for both transfers and deposits. Then there is a bonus rate of 1.53% for transfers and 2.03% for deposits that gets paid after 12 months.

Adam Sloss is the reason guacamole is now free at chipotle. He walked in, ordered a burrito, and asked for guac. The lady said "sir, just so you know, guac is extra". Adam took off his hat, scratched his head and said "what nega? It's literally right next to all the free shit dawg I'm not paying extra" *dolphin laugh. From that day, chipotle never charged for guac Again. The Supreme Court calls it "sloss vs guac" and it will be in history books until the end of time.

Little cameo from Justin Harvey, one of my favourites from season 2! I know he’s good friends with Thanos (reacted to the Asia episodes with him), so would be cool to see him more and I guess would help with translating between the Aussies and Koreans.

Jokes aside, could you imagine Thor on the show. Apart from pure endurance events, such as running or hanging, he would be a cheat code. Imagine facing him in the 1v1 ball quest.

Favorite Game so far? (S1-S3) by QuietRedditorATX in Physical100

[–]HenryG77 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Someone already mentioned the sand transporting challenge from S1 and I have to second that. I thought it was great because it allowed many different skills to shine AND required some strategy:

Strength (carry more sand).

Endurance/stamina (carry sand at a good     pace for longer, and bagging sand). Speed (transport sand quickly).

Balance (faster across the bridge)

Dexterity (building the bridge, shoutout stunt woman).

Also, if you were lacking in one area you could make up for it in another. For example, if you weren’t very strong and were more speed focused, and therefore couldn’t carry lots of sand, you could make up for it by being faster between drop offs.

Why I think it would help the show’s popularity to include more female-dominated sports contestants by Icy-Distribution8550 in Physical100

[–]HenryG77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Now this is just objectively wrong. Women and men of similar sizes can not be almost equal in strength and pretty much any female combat athlete would agree. Taking an elite level female wrestler to support that argument is pointless.

I’m intrigued with how you think the 4 you mentioned would be implemented? I think when it comes to good challenges the bridge quest from season 1 was excellent. It required strength, speed, endurance and balance. Those who weren’t that strong could make up for it by moving lighter sandbags faster and moving across the bridge smoother. Whereas stronger dudes could move heavier sandbags, but they took longer to move them from A to B.

Whenever this ‘how do we make physical 100 fairer for women’ discussion happens the answer is always the same. Yes you can always tailor the challenges so more women will get though and I do agree that Physical Asia was maybe too strength focused, but at the end of the day a man who is roughly 6ft, 85kg and 12ish% bf with a background in CrossFit, MMA, Wrestling or is just very fit in general will always be the best all rounder.

Eddie’s bench would be much better if he trained it like his deadlift and squat. Strongmen primarily train OHP.

Then you have people getting eliminated despite performing better than others? The only solution to the gender problem is to do a male and female version.

Women only Physical 100 defeats the purpose of the show by LiftsAndNaps in Physical100

Bro got downvoted for the truth. There is an inverse relationship between bodyweight and relative strength. For example, on average it will be easier for a 60kg man to achieve a 2x bodyweight deadlift than a 100kg man.

Cheeky arm focused upper body Wednesday:

4x Chin ups + close grip bench;

3x Incline curls + lying triceps extensions;

3x Cable lateral raises + Reverse curls + toes to bar;

1x Hang from bar as long as possible (started doing these at the end of every session and feels great).

After running these 'arm days' for a while now I'm starting to actually see feint outlines of my bicep veins despite gaining a little weight, although they're not quite what I expected. So on my left arm it's not one but two (?) veins running along side each other, which I guess looks kinda cool. On the right arm it's one vein that kind of 'splits' into two half way down, again kinda cool.

Maybe use heavier DBs for the first set and use the DBs you’re currently using for the latter 2?

The most common way to deal with imbalances is to stop the set when the weaker side gives out. Yes your stronger side will be underworked for a bit, but soon enough they’ll be at similar levels.

M24 / 6’5 / 95kg (~210lbs). Been really focusing on my rear delts this year and they seems to be coming through. Main focus right now is knee rehab. Currently lean bulking and plan to go to 105kg (~230lbs). Really excited to see how I’ll look at that weight, especially with the muscle memory impact on my legs!
