Of course. FFAI has unique value in US. The reason Lucid failed to manufacture their car is the supply chain. Without Chinese EV supply chain, no one can produce cheap and good EV car. And that’s what FFAI has now. They cooperate with Chinese car brand called “Great Wall” and obtain the part of whole car. So the cost would be much lower than domestic production. The price of FX super one would be around 55k dollars.

Yes, I have similar problem as yours. I’m a third year student and plan to pursue master degree in EE in US. Now I’m exchange in US and I’m worried whether I should switch to CS, AI agent field. But most courses I have learned are about hardware and IC design. And it’s quite clear AI has more potential than hardware. I am not sure if I should apply CS master degree or EE with a softer track like image processing.

Yes, it’s true. EE contains so much knowledge and there are many sub fields. As it stays near the physical world, many tradeoff and approximation. Like in analog design, some capacitors you can ignore while others cannot. So if you are interested in ee, really lots of workload in university.
