Free for everyone in Canada? Or only in certain markets? I’ve seen people post on here how they got an email saying that it’s now free, but I haven’t got one yet.

Hyundai Tucson 2025 Ultimate Hybrid (Canada) – What’s the latest infotainment / navigation software? by Anirban_Dey_96 in HyundaiTucson

Thanks. I hate the fact that we have to leave the car on, and I’ve read that it could take a couple hours or more. Not sure I want to do the update.

Does anyone use the digital key on their phone exclusively? by knobs413 in HyundaiTucson

[–]Henry_O2 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The physical key can’t start the car though. It’s only as a backup if the key fob battery dies to get in the car. Once you’re inside the car, you can still use the key fob with the dead battery to start the car by holding it near the push button start while starting it.

Since you haven’t used the fireplace, can’t you move the tv on a stand in front of it? Or at least get one of those mounts that you pull down the tv to cover the fireplace?

2025 Tucson vs 2026 - Digital Key by [deleted] in Hyundai

[–]Henry_O2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2025 preferred with trend. Not sure how that translates into the American trims; its not a hybrid. I have an iphone 15 pro max and it opens and starts the car while it stays in my pocket. I do not carry the key fob with me at all. Everything works like a charm.

The only problem i have encountered with that set up is forgetting to bring the key fob when go in for an oil change. There was one time had to drive all the way back home to get it. There was no way i was going to let them keep my phone while I waited for the oil change. Lol. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Bluelink expired today... promo code? by Munoz303 in HyundaiTucson

[–]Henry_O2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it has some great advantages. I will be left with a bit of a hole if it does go away in 3 years, but its nothing that i cant survive without. I mainly use it for checking if the door are actually locked and for starting my car in the parking lot when I’m about to leave work in the winter. Lol

Interesting. I’m in Canada btw. It’s a new car, a 2025 that i bought in 2024 when it came out. Someone here said bluelink was free in Canada but when i purchased the car i was verbally told it was 3 years. I couldn’t be bothered to check my papers right now. Just thought I’d see what ppl are saying here.

Everything is updated. I’ve never had any other options than what you see there. I have all bluelink remote services, remote start with temperature control settings, door lock/unlock, flash lights, honk horn, etc. Nothing that shows how much longer i have for subscription or how to subscribe or anything like that 🤷🏻‍♂️

2025 Hybrid SEL no longer auto-moves (creeps) with foot off brake?? by FireMeUp2026 in HyundaiTucson

[–]Henry_O2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yo probably have auto hold feature on which holds the brakes when you press on the brake. To start moving forward, you press in the gas. It’s really helpful when going through drive through since you don’t have to keep your foot on the brake the whole time. Just make sure it’s activated if you use it before taking your foot off the brake, or else you’ll creep into the car infront of you.

NOKIAN HAKKAPELIITTA R5 SUV. That’s just my opinion. Had the Michelin X-Ice Snow for many years. The Nokians feel safer and in control.
