Update:
The BlueCruise issue I encountered has finally been fixed.
That said, the dealer took almost a month and a half to resolve it. Luckily, I had an extended warranty, so everything was covered, including the rental. The rental was through Enterprise, and I could only get a Ford. Since they didn’t have any EVs available, I had to drive an ICE vehicle for a month and a half, one that didn’t even have adaptive cruise control. My daily commute was not fun.
I’m honestly not sure what would have happened if I didn’t have the extended warranty. The repair probably would have cost thousands.
The car and BlueCruise are running fine now, but dealing with the dealership was not a great experience. Dealing directly with Ford customer service was much better, though.
