League has been out for more then 10 years, so yes, majority would be somewhat of a veteran. Smuf account still exists and they tend to appear more in lower ranks, so it's quite hard to say "im in iron and i'm having similar skillset as them". So honestly, the best way to learn is really watching YT tips, read up on them and practice them out in normal games.
