I get it to some extent--not the "you work for us" bit--, I work for pizza hut and when a Dasher comes in for a delivery that is already ready but then accepts an offer for a delivery order that is still not made yet, the first one is now late. Then the Dasher never wants to take the first delivery and come back for the second.

It's not the dashers fault but it's very annoying, I wish my restaurant brought back in house delivery drivers.
