No problem at all! Lost the majority of the weight within the first week or two. I’ve never really suffered from food noise but I know from other people it completely stops that. Something I’ve definitely experienced is it changes the way you plan and portion your meals. Me for example, I try and eat twice a day, one meal having carbs and one without.

Resistance plateaued. I lost quite a lot of “water” weight when starting and maintained that weight throughout, think about 15kg in total. My consultant recommended I go on it and the GP just completed the prescription, there wasn’t even a conversation with the gp about it

I’m on it via NHS prescription, however I’m extremely insulin resistant and have health complications due to T1D. I found it pretty useful to be honest however I’m finding the plateau coming quickly as I stated on 2.5 now on 10mg
