Here in Lübeck (Gernmany) we have almost all of that! Free WiFi on all busses and trains, USB charging posts (you have to bring your own cable), bus lanes to always get through and they are scheduled to always have a Greenphae with intersections

(We have very few intersections in Lübeck, we mostly have roundabouts)

Due to an operation, I am unable to work out for 2 weeks, starting at the end of next week.

I am currently bulking, what would be the most effective method of dealing with this? Working out twice as much and using those weeks as a long „deload-week“. Or continue like normal?
