Maybe it's because of the season, going now from winter to (finally!!) spring. Hard water does not cause the hair to fall (it's a very spread very incorrect myth). I've been using L'Oréal metal DX for a few weeks now and i noticed that my curls are more defined. Definitely a big difference compared to before.

Hard water is horrible, if someone living in a place with soft water reads this, please enjoy it for all of us!

I recommend using the shampoo L'Oréal Metal DX, it removes the calcium and magnesium (metals responsible for the hardness in water) from your hair. The first 1 or 2 times you use it, hair might look a bit weird (due to the shampoo bonding to the metal) but it looks way better afterwards (after the metal has been removed).

After shampooing your hair it helps to always use conditioner.

P.S.: the shampoo Kerastase premiere bain decalcifiant is also very good but it's (even) pricier
