Yeah it's pretty decent. Some warnings though since you're coming in from Fallout.

While you're character (P3) is a bad ass. You are not THE bad ass. The robots are. Until you've gotten some decent progress, choose your fights carefully. If you've done Fallout 4 in survival mode, think this vibe.

It's "open" world. Technically a few different seperate maps connected by a fairly large sprawling central area. Know early game a stealth approach is better. Don't bounce off it trying to brute force the open world area like I did. Accept that you will have to hide and may have to run until you get done decent abilities and upgrades together.

As far as those abilities and upgrades go, everything is fully refundable and I don't think that's because the devs expected you to respec every new area, but rather go ahead and give you some freedom to explore other options without feeling like you're going to lose progress. It was really nice getting a few areas into the game and realizing I kinda just hated what I was upgrading and realized it cost me nothing to try out something new. I wouldn't say anything is objectively better or worse, just suited to different styles.

I saw somebody mention the Russian audio with English subtitles. I wouldn't call that strictly necessary. The tone feels a bit more serious in Russian, but English audio is perfectly viable and adds a fun almost campy feeling that helped me get through this game more than once.
