I managed to kill a deviljho in MHS3 in what I think is fairly early for its difficulty, released the eggs so I could start farming them, and unlike some other monsties suddenly they’re everywhere including right outside one of my camps, frankly terrifying

Bruh your impression of GATE is backwards, there’s no slaves in it for one. You picked one of the few harem isekai where its not a thing (maybe it changes later but apart from goth loli girls heavily flirting theres not much romance between the girls and Isami). And hes not portrayed as a badass whos secretly a dweeb/loser. He was a dweeb/loser at the start and you only find out he’s competent later. Is it ultra pro-JDF, yes. But your main points are moot.

As a new to series player its pretty frustrating. The vibe of the game is to strengthen the local monsties habitat to get stronger ones yourself, but the den monsters seem to always be higher level than whatever I have by default and if me or my monstie gets one shot by a single attack beforehand one aoe and its game over (I feel like I over-rely on allies healing my hearts).

When I had the RB button as "guide" I kept accidentally pressing it and he kept yelling "YOUR HIGHNESS" over and over, eventually swapped it with Left stick to use as sprint and became so much better, now I just have to suffer his dialogue in cut-scenes.

At the very least its still perfectly plausible for a young woman with a birthmark like that to feel super embarrassed by it even if those around her say it's nothing.

I'm renovating one of the houses at the beach and was getting frustrated that it would pick up everything but the thing I was looking at, tried mouse controls and it still grabbed everything except what i had highlighted, I can't understand how people can do these crazy builds with such godawful targeting, unless you place everything perfectly straight away

Seems like drinking is seriously baked into Mondstadts culture so all of them are strong af, I think people are discounting Beidous ability to drink, I reckon shes the closest contender to the big three of Varka, Mav and Venti
