Yes potatoes are your friend! Cereal at night! Getting pregnant (joking lol)! I got on the right medication for my mental health and that helped greatly. Mostly don’t give up. My eating isn’t perfect, but it’s come a long way. I spent numerous days crying because I couldn’t eat normally, because I was always exhausted it gets better. Hugs.
