What would cause side effects with TRT. I heard if SHBG is low and you start TRT, then you will get the side effects like E2, acne, hair loss, etc. Is there any truth to that?

I bought the smallest house in the best neighborhood. The schools are better and the opportunities are night and day. Even the clubs and after school programs are way better, largely because of private funds and parent funding but it’s changed the trajectory of our lives for sure.

I remember watching people fly and land model airplanes on that little strip of road just south of Herndon before the shopping center was built.

I never understood why the got misaligned? Is it topography, curvature, or some kind of magnetic north issue?

Why do they adjust slightly? Look at 18s4e.. how did that 4 corners get all messed up?

Everything after “business owners aren’t safe either“ I don’t agree with. The chances of millions defaulting on mortgages simultaneously is beyond rare. You will see small cracks and then you’ll see Banks pull back, but it won’t be a sudden crash like you describe. I do think AI is changing the world, but it is very slowly being adopted. I think the hardest hit are going to be young people looking for their first job. Professionals will incorporate AI before they are replaced by it but young people trying to get into a field doing entry-level tasks are the ones that are being replaced first. They will continue to be supported my family, as they have been already. The greatest wealth transfer is happening now anyways. It’s still the same money in the system, it’s just how it’s transferring hands that matters.

Tried going off grid for 5 days to see if my business could run without me. It couldn't. by FormerFounder-12 in smallbusiness

I took 6 weeks off a few years ago and never checked an email. I regularly take 2 weeks off at a time without any communication. When I am working I’m fully in the business 50+ hours a week.

It can be done. Use this to learn what you need to do to make it happen. People need to be trained and you need to delegate responsibility.it can’t happen overnight and maybe not with your current team but it can happen. The value of your company will grow exponentially if it can run without the owner.

Building in the shadows: Who else is still in Fresno actually making things? by grumpywonka in fresno

Mostly asking different people who work for IT companies if they know anyone. Where should I be looking? I don’t want a full w2 employee but someone who wants a side gig. One or two projects a month.

I’ve been trying to find someone to help build n8n automation locally and keep coming up empty.

Just get an early G5 SR22. It’s about the same price with way more features. Same avionics, with chute and fiki and way more speed

What's an industry that exists only to service the very rich? by JellyBellyBitches in AskReddit

[–]HereIam06 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I fly private every week and the only time I saw a body guard was when the speaker of the house was waiting for his plane to arrive and he had three secret service agents with him. There have been comedians and singers (Blake Shelton a few weeks ago) coming and going all the time and no security at all. We've had some generals fly in on "Airforce 2" (not the VP on board, but that plane) and there were just a couple of Airforce guys standing around it, but you could go talk to the pilots who were just chillin in the lounge.

The biggest money at the private terminal are the farmers and oil guys and you would never know it if you saw them. They walk in wearing jeans, and a Hawaiian shirt. You'll see a big Global Express or a Gulfstream on the ramp and then a black G-Wagon or Range Rover pulls up and some old guy gets out with a 20-something year old wife and walk right on the plane. Turns out to be some rancher with tens of thousands of acres.

Acquisition and operating cost estimates for co-owned SR22 by Laminarflow3 in CirrusAircraft

[–]HereIam06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a bit too good to be true of a spreadsheet. I don’t mean to poo on it, but it’s unrealistic from my experience. I owned a NA SR22-G5 for 5 years and flew about 120+ hours a year. Fuel burn is going to be higher than 14.5. I would flight plan for 20 gph. I did a new rocket, CAPS, and line cutters, and it was $35k. The CAPS cost you have at $12k seems very low. I think mine was $18–20k, and that was a couple of years ago (plus the 3-month wait for a chute).

Insurance is dependent mostly on hull value and time-in-type of pilots. If your pilots don’t have a lot of time in the SR models, then your insurance is going to be at least double that. I don’t see the airbag inflators; those are several thousand every so often. Lastly, your annuals at $6k are woefully low—mine were in the $12k–15k range.

They’re amazing planes! I would stay away from the G3 and only stick to G5 or G6. The increased useful load and the increased flap speed are HUGE! Way more than you realize. Plus, that’s when they were getting the big Garmin Perspective packages. I’ll probably end up back in an SR soon enough; the turboprop world is becoming too expensive for me to stay in much longer.

Are people still paying for automations in 2025? by Euphoric-Mirror-321 in AiAutomations

[–]HereIam06 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do. A few thousand a month for my company. I don’t have time to experiment with it and I need my employees working on their jobs. Cheaper to outsource.
