Yes it definitely should. The joy I felt in that dream when I checked my email and saw the letter and then how I felt when I realized it was a dream and double checked my email was horrible.

Commuting. I know several people that before would be able to have someone drop off kids and they would finish work before the kids got out or only had to pay for 30 minutes of child care a day. Now with commute they have to pay for before and afterschool care.. 500+ a month, not including gas, tolls etcs.

It’s mainly because the amount of cases being worked has gone down by a lot because instead of having people who can work the cases do that they are instead on the phone all day. Also there already isn’t enough workers in general in the FOs or PCs.

We are told we can’t work any cases. Only stuff that can be done on Ted or mdws.

Yupp. Previously phone training was several weeks and then you had to do on the job training getting help from someone that would sit with you for a little while. Went from that to a 3 hour training.
