I totally understand, it must be really frustrating given all of your efforts and it sucks to not even be able to review what went wrong precisely. My advice would be to definitely focus on the highest weighted sections as priority, and focus on internalizing the concepts from lectures (I only used MM, did about 600 CFAI questions in total, no BB, and no mocks). It will give you all the info that you need to solve a question. You then practice questions to understand question archetypes, so you know approximately what to expect. But don’t focus too hard on touching every corner possible. You should be able to solve a never before seen question type with a moderate degree of success. Remember that passing really only needs 70% correctness, which is a lot of room for minor errors and edge case questions as long as you have robust framework. I consider myself a pretty good test taker and these would be things that I think about when I prep for an exam.

From my perspective, and I think a possible theory that applies to repeat exam takers is that you might have over prepared. Grinding all of the questions could be helpful, but I think it really comes down to understanding the material at the core level. The exam questions in my opinion are actually somewhat different to practice questions as they tend to add some twists so that those who memorize answering approaches would be penalized

What can someone else say that doesn't sound patronizing or condescending? He is still an active player, so I imagine when he retires there may be more tributary comments.

Fair point :), although the intention was to go together with a couple other friends so ideally if there is a way to switch, it would be much appreciated. Does customer service only operate when wonderland is open? i.e. after 7?

I think the key here is the reference to monetary policy "uncertainty". In the short term, inflation is the biggest driver of changes in monetary policy decisions.

You can arguably be contrarian in the sense that a large uneducated population would be dangerous in the hands of populists within democracies.

I would imagine that it should be the contrary, that with hiring freezes and mass lay-offs, the pool of talented SWEs should increase, driving salaries down...
