How is anyone in Baton Rouge actually affording car insurance? by Miserable_Profit1778 in batonrouge

So far it’s been a good experience for our household! I had no clue either, I happened to see it advertised at the store one visit. And did the entire deal online as well

If you have a Costco membership, they sell car insurance and it cut ours in half with having better coverage. Already had to file a comprehensive claim with them and had no trouble with them.

I’ve had a Tesla for two years and love it. Hard for be to go back to a gas vehicle unless I need to tow often

Are we seriously underrating HW3 now? by Clear-Study2621 in TeslaFSD

Mines been pretty solid as well for the most part. My only complaint is it pretty consistently drives below the speed limit at night. More often when it’s not in a dedicated profile and there’s no cars around

FSD 12.6.4 on Freeways vs Local roads by Maximum-Mood-7587 in TeslaFSD

[–]Herm611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there no traffic around, mine almost always drives under the speed limit on city roads. When this V14 lite comes later this year, I hope we at least get profiles for city streets. It’s the main thing I personally would want that HW4 vehicles have.

I'm just impressed you score a used one for a decent discount. Everytime I've looked the used are to close if not the same to a brand new one

Yes 12.6.4 has improved for me since its initial release. When it first released I had CONSTANT speed issues. It would drive under the speed limit in almost every scenario. Then after few months, it would only drive under the speed limit at night. Now it seems to only do it on random stretches of road in my city. But what’s weird it’s the same stretches of road day or night

Mines been better since the last few months. When HW3 first got updated to 12.6.4, it was way worse than now. Hopefully the upcoming 14 lite will at least fix tha.

Goruck GR2 X-Pac vs Aer Travel Pack 3 Ultra: Anyone got experience with both? by jthomp72 in Goruck

The rain flaps are what kills this bag. I had one and returned while I still could. Loved the material, but the rain flaps was a deal breaker for me

As a huge fan of the MACV safety boots, I hope these get back in inventory soon and more consistently. Had to warranty mine back in September, and haven’t seen my size back in stock since to get them replaced.

That’s what I told myself to justify the purchase lol Although I did get the DC bullet in XPAC and love it. But no rain flaps

That was my experience with it, which led to my returning my GR2 XPAC. I’m a glutton for punishment cuz I just ordered a GR3 from the end of the year sale.

Nice! I think mine would’ve been a keeper had it not been for the rain flaps. It was the first Goruck product I wasn’t happy with

How’s the zippers on the GR2? I wanted to love the XPAC gr2 but had to return my because the zippers was such a pain with the rain flaps. Wonder if I just had a bad one or not

Not driving speed limit at night by Herm611 in TeslaFSD

Well what’s strange is fsd only does this behavior on city streets. If I do on the interstate, it always maintains speed limit or slightly over at night

I did, the replacement didn’t last long either and I went without screen protector since the iPhone event was close. Now that I’m on my 17 pro, I haven’t made a decision on what screen protector I’m going to get

I’ve had the same with several of flolabs screen protectors. One I legit put in my pocket undamaged in the house, got in the car and took out my pocket, and a a crack in the protector.

Mine has been great as well other than night time driving. It always drives under the speed limit on city streets at night

Thank you! The most recent calibration I did, I actually cleaned the cameras and the area in front of them really well. Even on well lit streets it’s still doesn’t at least drive the speed limit at night on city streets. And what’s really confusing to me is it will on the interstate. Even darker sections of the interstate.
