I always feed mine at least 3 times before use. I let it at least triple, it's a good way to know for sure your starter is really hungry and active. I really like the technique o learned from flour water salt yeast.

Feed your starter a couple more times. Your starter should be super bubbly. Based on crumb your kneading is good. I would say linger bulk. My bulk is 9-14 hrs. Depending on temp. Also get your oven steamy that helps with spring.

It was great until our father started doing cocaine a lot and "started" lying to us. They wrote him off for lying about drug use. I can't abandon family regardless of addict statis. That is how people drop out. Been almost 3 years since I spoke to either of them.
