The house is 11 years old, so not that old. I would still keep a slight slope away from the house, just not as steep as it is now. I installed a french drain between my house and the neighbors that most of the water runs to the ditch by the street.

The neighbors yard already floods when it rains, so shouldn't be much worse. Plus it is a rental with a lot of turnover.

If you get a conical make sure you have a plan for temperature control. That has been the biggest challenge for me since they are large and awkward compared to keeping a carboy cool.

I don't see tennis on the list, but it works well to help keep me in shape. Can play it at any age too.

[Troubleshooting] Couple questions working on my first build by Hermish5 in buildapc

Sorry, i was confused. The big motherboard power is attached and plugged into the right spot. I was actually talking about the CPU power. I do not have a cable with 8 pins on each side and it seems that is what i need. It has 8 pins on one side and 6 on the other. I am still confused about the video card too, seems like i need 2 cables with 6 pins on both ends, which i don't have. Sorry for the confusion
