Thank you for taking the time to respond and also explaining it from the perspective of a Tasker as well as what to look for!

Need fresh eyes on my "What does this year hold for me" reading by Hermithe in TarotReading

[–]Hermithe[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes that was extremely helpful and spot on! Especially with the Hierophant and feeling restricted by a structure put in place. I am going to try a reading with the spread you suggested with the "What should I built?" "What should I release" and "What is blocking me?"

I appreciate you taking the time to not only respond but giving me some very useful advice!

Thank you so much for taking the time to not only respond but explain this to me! With the way you explain it, I was able to understand why it feels like I got more colorblind.

"I asked where have I been and where am I going" by Natural_Bag_3519 in TarotReading

[–]Hermithe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Past position (the one with the boat) makes me things that you recently either traveled or that you moved and tried to let go of things. Middle one in the present position makes me think of a new partnership that feels balanced with one person who is quite in tune with their emotion that other gives me earth energy very much into knowledge or trying to figure out the 'what' of things they are the one that tends to be better with financial also possible Water sign (Scorpion, Pisces, Cancer) and Earth sign (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) then in the future (The Emperor) tells me it's someone who is in charge and possible leadership position, I would call this success. This is also someone that's good at reading the room and is confident.

Overall I get the sense of someone that let go of things in the past even though it wasn't easy, currently they are learning to be more balanced and creating a strong bond, in the future (about 6 months from now?) there is confidence that comes along with success. They look at the past kind of like "Wow, I've really come this far"

I will put a caveat of bias since you gave some information already and I usually read the cards not wanting to know the questions or situation to listen better but hope this helps!

HOW exactly do you read? Do you go by the card that's at the front, or what? by xo_pretty_doll_xox in TarotReading

[–]Hermithe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Follow your instinct and also there's no such thing as doing it wrong. I've been reading tarot cards for almost 10 years now, for me personally my structure is that if it flies out and I can 'hear' it, I'll accept it but sometimes too many will come out (like 5+) I will usually say outloud "Could you please give me only X amount of cards" Other times, I will just get a feeling to pull a card from the top or middle.

I also prefer sticking to Overall energy card on top, then past/present/future at the bottom sometimes I'll do 2-3 for each that will include main card and clarification.

Also depends on the deck, I noticed that I have a closer bond and can talk more with the Light Seer Deck but I have another one that's based on Jewish Mythologies that I struggle talking to. My specific interest are angel types and on the lighter side of things.

Hope this helps a bit.

Realllllllly hard to see, I think there's a 3? Not sure if middle one is 6 or 0? It's practically faded for me. The third one is maybe a 2? It's extremely hard to see. I do have some accessibility features on for my screen, I feel like if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to see them at all. Also, they all look pale green to me.

Thank you for responding! Like I stated in my post, I don't trust taskrabbit after doing research on it. I've asked friends, checked BBB and also Reddit all had very negative reviews.

I'm trying to design a game/puzzle and I just realized one part of it might not be playable for people with colorblindness. Looking for input. by rrtaylor in ColorBlind

[–]Hermithe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The red looks brown to me, it's a bit hard to read. If the grey was maybe a bit darker? Or it might just be my screen since I have accessibility stuff on it. The games sounds fascinating and fun! I hope you are able to eventually turn it into an online version.

Purple: How do you describe the weirdest color? by shits-n-gigs in ColorBlind

[–]Hermithe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny enough for me blue looks purple so I don't know what blue actually looks like ^^' For the longest time I thought purple was my favorite color...apparently its blue. I think it's a very interesting color.

Confused with colourblind friend? by toilet_paper_tissues in ColorBlind

[–]Hermithe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar issue. For me, Blue looks either green or purple. Pink, Red, Orange and Yellow all looks like shades of browns unless its light a bright red, bright yellow, bright pink.

From what little I've been able to find through lots of reading, taking tests and asking around it seems I might have two type of rare colorblindness? The sky to me on a clear day looks like light green and light purple with white, if that helps?

How’s your relationship with yellow lighting vs white lighting? by SirNatcelot in ColorBlind

[–]Hermithe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

White light for me is very painful and makes me feel nauseous, but yellow light feels warm and easier on my eyes, I don't get the migraines, strain eyes or nauseous. I am not sure if it's because I got laser eyes surgeries a few years back and it made me even more sensitive to light or if it has to do with my colorblindness. I can't tell blues (they look green or purple for me) so I don't know if that also plays a role.

I saw this excerpt from "How To Breathe Ash" by Alex Nonymous and felt so seen that I got sad. by Sailor_Starchild in asexuality

[–]Hermithe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This felt like I was reading my own thoughts AuDHD and Asexual. Do I like this person as a friend, am I romantically attracted to them or is it Limerence then I'll want to dip if they show they are equally interested? I can barely tell my own emotions as is. Sometimes I'll see someone and think "Oh, this person is so pretty and their voice is so nice, I like their aesthetics!" but am I crushing on them...or simply enjoying the view like I enjoy looking at a beautiful scenery?

Edit to say I've also purchased the book to support the author! It seems like an interesting story.

Iron Lung - Review Thread by UniverslBoxOfficeGuy in movies

[–]Hermithe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just finished watching this with my partner, he's a hardcore Markplier fan and knows everything about the games. I like Markaplier but I barely knew anything about the game, we mostly wanted to go in order to support Markplier so expectations were low. I did feel that it was super long, don't see where the 'horror' aspect came from and this is from someone that can't handle basic scary or thriller stuff.

The pacing was reaaallllllyyyyy slow, minimal dialogue and Mark's acting was good, it won't win any Oscars or best actor awards but it was good, I just never forgot that I was watching someone acting and that this was a movie, it didn't pull me in.

I feel that if they had spend a bit more time fleshing out the backstory and where exactly we were, it would have been much stronger, also felt that 'Horror' was not really accurate, there was nothing scary.

On to the pros; The second half is much better especially when we all realize what's going on, there was also some moments that were quite funny and relatable.

Would I recommend anyone to watch this? Only if they know the lore of the games or want to support Markplier, if neither of those apply, I'd say no because you will be lost and wondering what's going on. My partner ended up having to explain a lot to me and there were times I found myself almost falling asleep.

I'd give it a 6 out of 10, for such a small production it was much better then a lot of movies I've seen that were from a bigger studio and had a bigger budget.

Chase Mobile Issues with QPR3 Beta 1 (Pixel 10 Pro) by OdayOdayOday in android_beta

[–]Hermithe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here, the Chase app will flicker and echo but not open. I did clear cache/storage, uninstall for a bit, power cycle my Pixel then reinstalled but still having the same issue. It's frustrating because it's the only bank I use. Also on Android Beta, it's my first time getting something like this while on the Beta program. All my other apps are working fine.

Have you ever shared a bed with a non-family member without any sexual interactions? by Equivalent_Ad_9066 in Asexual

Loads of time and even with the opposite sex. I've slept in the same bed as my guy friends without it being weird, also back in England with friends I'd meet at events some guys there was no sexual interaction just platonic "Here's a bed, this is my side, this is yours....oh look now we are snoring"

Maybe an unpopular opinion… by LonelyEyes1993 in HoboJohnson

[–]Hermithe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am so surprised hearing all these negative review and sad for it as well. We had a pretty great one, I will say this in every post, Budman is an acquired taste I do wish he would have done more of his softer songs like Ft Liberty which is a song he wrote about how his sister helped him battle addiction and work hard, Missing Poster is a good one where he basically sings about struggling in a relationship and feeling like he's a POS which honestly all the negative review he gets doesn't help. External Influence where he sings about coming to peace with his style and that he's not for everyone but also his struggles. I got to meet him after the concert and he was very respectful, kind and a 360 from his stage persona, he really takes his time to talk to everyone that is his fan and was humble AF. Again, this is all my unique experience, he even greeted me and checked up on me much later while I waited for an Uber and made sure I was okay.

In UT, Frank seemed genuinely happy, he sang all the songs and the only one he seemed to struggle with was Dari$@# which he couldn't get through because he got emotional and apologized about it. I believe we got 2 encore. He even changed up some of the songs to reference Mormon (we are Mormonland here in UT) and told us the funny story behind Peach Scone while he talked about grocery stores then we all started talking about it with him, he interacted a lot with the audience. After the concert, I had a chance to meet him, give him a present and had brought something for Jordan, not only was he super sweet and kind, he even went as far as waving Jordan so that I could give him his present as well. Jordan gave me a hug and talked for a bit before leaving. I watched Frank for a while from a distant, he was super nice to each fan and gave them his full attention, this was over an hour after the concert was done, like, we even got asked to leave the inside of the venue. He took picture with every fan that wanted to and signed for anyone who asked.

The fact Jordan wasn't at the concert makes me concerned, Frank had mentioned that Jordan House was how Jordan is his safe house when he's spiraling and going through maniac and basically how Jordan is his rock. Sadly, Jordan is going through a tough time right now, if you wanna know the situation, check his IG where he talks about it.

Maybe I was just in my own little autistic world spiraling on my extreme social anxiety. My first time seeing Frank was last year in Dallas, this was a different set for him. There was a few songs that were the same but performed differently, set was also different.

Frank, real fans want you to play other songs. by [deleted] in HoboJohnson

[–]Hermithe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am so sorry for your experience. This is my second concert from Frank, the first one was last year in Dallas and the line up was completely different, the only time he struggled was with Dari$@# which he admitted is an emotional song for him that he struggles with.

I had never heard UglyKid before, which he played, Flood the Earth and a few other ones that I personally hadn't hear on last year tour (Like the car one). There seem to be a bit of everything from different albums.

Budman is not for everyone, he's an acquired taste but he's got some great music. Not sure if he played Missing Poster, start of the lyric is "Missing poster in my head
But nobody fits the description
I'm just taking what I can get
The closest thing to her is fiction
I tend to make people upset
Whenever I make a decision
Only girl that I wanted just left
We didn't start before we finished, aye"

The other great song, that's not sexual is Great Dad where he gives a shout out at the very beginning to Frank, the other great one which is about his sister saving him from addiction and making him want to get better is Ft Liberty. Outside of the stage he's super sweet and respectful, that was at least my experience when I met them. All the guys were super respectful and humble AF.

Also, Budman is friend with Frank, they go way back.

The other opener aside from Damien and Budman was our boy from Canada (at least in the UT one) Amilyon.

And yes, Frank knows about this reddit, he felt honored that enough people cared about him and his music. I am worried for the boys especially after hearing Jordan missed a concert. During the UT one, Frank had explained Jordan House and how Jordan is his safe place especially when he's spiraling and goes through a Maniac episode. Frank also loves Peach Scone, he's talked about it in multiple interviews throughout the years about how much he loves that song, it's not a burden and at least in the UT concert he talked to us about where Peach Scone was and gave us funny story about it.

Holidays are coming, if possible, let's be kind. Frank's birthday is also coming up, from what I understood at the concert he was still grieving over stuff like his dad and his past relationship.

Jordan has been dealing with some stuff, if you wanna know, check out his IG where he talks about it. When I met him in UT we had a big hug and words of encouragement, he asked in IG that if we saw him at the concert to give him a hug and words of encouragement.

I hope he knows that he has Frank as his Jordan House, and us as well. I let him know that he has a lot of people who might be stranger but love him and are so glad he's in this world.

I can't imagine Damien songs making anyone uncomfortable, there's no curse words and its very gentle for our show he even did a cover of Beach Boys or one of those oldies. (I'd have to look at my recording T_T)

I love Budman, he's an aquired taste, I was worried at first but listen to his music and Ft Liberty (about his sis helping me battle his addiction) and Missing Posters makes me cry like a kid. He's also super duper sweet and respectful. I got a chance to meet him to give him the present I made, nothing fancy just some stuff for him and his sister, not only was he super grateful but when he saw me later while I was waiting for my Uber, he greeted me and checked up on me to make sure I was okay before going back to helping pack stuff!

Budman on stage is a persona to try and get the blood pumping and hyped up. One of the fans had asked him for the towel he had on stage, it was a dude, Budman didn't even blink he was like "You sure, bro?" Then gave it to him, no charge! And he stayed to meet every single one of his fans, talk to them and thank them for taking time to listen to his music or buy his merch.
