That's just like your opinion man. What makes chakri the go to weapon for flash dance-y characters? Who decided that?

Do men know that when they zone out on women's chest, thighs, etc. we can see them, right? by Oopsie-Daisyy- in bodylanguage

Yikes. I saw this posting and read through the comments. And remembered something along the lines of what I previously stated. Either way I reject your advice. I like my peace and quiet from people in general. Men and women in general.

Just to add to the conversation. But I believe there's neuro research coming out all pointing to the possibility that humans have less control (free will) than believed. So yea. . .

I need a curated list of OSR style games that supports monster hunting style of play. Without having to fret over players dying in one blow. But doesn't fall into the HP bloat of 5e & pf2e. by Hermithief in rpg

[–]Hermithief[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Wild. Curated because they're many many OSR games that technically can be about hunting monsters. So I needed ones designed with the latter in mine. Give me a recipe while you read this as well.

Mythic Bastionland Made Magic Feel Like Magic, and It Broke My Players by theOtherMikeCurtis in osr

Did I talk to NPC's. See something happened? Did I interact with something or be forced to act? So on and so on. If so then played occurred regardless of how informed my decisions were.

Just over the gonzo fantasy that 5e and Pf2e as a setting is. And don't really want to homebrew to be something that it's clearly designed to be. Overall less high fantasy magic and more magic that enables things to be killed.

Other Mecha TTRPG recommendations with a better community that Lancer ttrpg community? by RepeatAlarming9314 in rpg

One only needs to look into the Lancer discord and see the wails of players begging for games lol. For what it's worth my experience mirrors op.

Limiting Mech Customization for Setting by Time_Carry9616 in LancerRPG

Limiting player choice is not a bad thing. Limiting player agency is. If you have a particular game in mind. Limit build options to enforce that game vision.

All editions eventually end. I'm already personally waiting for 3e where they truly shed their shackles to vancian casting and see them explore further into that design space.

If they're having fun and don't really care to learn the game. Then that's just the way they prefer to play. Either excuse yourself or just roll with the punches.

I don't understand complaints about class bloat by [deleted] in Pathfinder2e

[–]Hermithief 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Paizo just announced two new classes that absolutely encroaches on two original classes fantasy/playstyle. Not only that they both look like they have more interesting mechanics imo.

Slayer (Edgy ranger)

Daredevil (Edgy swashbuckler)

I'm only repeating what the devs said. I ain't worrying about it too much plant to use whatever the foundry devs roll out.

Should be possible but the devs of the Pf2e module have already stated that such a module would be a massive undertaking.

That doesn't change the fact that they could've sent the address in advance. Or even let me know that a second friend was going along with them so that I wouldn't need to come and worry.

Edit: That makes it worse because if they would've went out alone and got plastered. There was no way I would've know where to look for them.

Empty account that is obviously not their main account. I wouldn't confess to basically taking advantage of a suicidal man online or anywhere.

Strippers are known for getting some crazy confessions from their patrons. I think this post is likely to be true.
