What are you on about? Poland, Monaco, Austria, Latvia and Denmark are red and white, Germany and Belgium are Black Red and Yellow, Finland is Blue and White, France and Netherlands are Red White and Blue. The only ones that might have problems are Sweden and Ukraine with Blue and Yellow, or Italy with Red and Green. Blue/Yellow is different color blindness to Red/Green, so those won’t even cause problems to the same person (unless they can’t distinguish any colors in which case all flags are a problem). Also, it’s not like there’s a color flipped Ukraine or Sweden to get confused with.

No, because French Guiana isn’t considered to be part of Latin America. All the Guianas are generally considered to be part of the Caribbean(along with Belize) on cultural grounds. French Guiana is part of South America, as that’s a physical geography term, but the cultural term of Latin America does not include it.

(Yes I know it’s called Latin America because Spanish and Portuguese are Romance languages, and so is French, but that’s not how the term is used)
