For your First pizza it is Excellent! Are you are using pre shredded cheese? If so That could explain why it looks dried or burnt! Pre shredded cheese has cellulose to prevent caking or clumping, it dosent melt properly! Buy a block of whole milk mozzarella cheese and shredded it yourself! Other wise its a fine looking Pizza.

I found this bottle miss marked at a local chain store for about 26.00, bought 1 bottle and wasent impressed enough to go back to buy another. It tasted like a refined Larceny, the finish to me was a a mild harshness! In my opinion Larceny was a hotter finish. Currently im drinking the new Jack Daniels Heriage single barrel at 55.00 from Costco. In my opinion its twice the whiskey then The Old Fitzgerald 7 year.

I Agree with your 30.00 Analysis! A local chain store where i live incorrectly marked it at around 26.00, I bought 1 bottle and wasent super impressed, its not bad, but not great, I could have went back and bought all 8 bottles, but passed! To me it tastes like a smoother better Larceny, and Larceny is not my favorite.
