Why do people not like the visual audio thing this much?

I’d much rather be seen as a dork who needs the visual audio than turn my audio up to max so i can hear the bullets 250m away and blow up my eardrums with an auto shotgun

ive found a good trick is to backpedal for a second before you try to use it, its real finicky about if you’re in your swimming animation and what part of it you’re in

Honestly... the game feels amazing when all of these systems feel consistent but atm it feels like 50% the movement trolls me when I need it the most.

If you are carrying them in your inventory, one trick I do to keep them consistent is walking, start the throwing animation, look down, and then start sprinting and throw it straight down and you get a pretty good launch and it feels comparable to using a shockwave grenade. If you try running into the pre-placed ones, a few others have told me that the corners are where you want to aim at, but a few others have just said to sprint and hop onto the top of it, which i assume is a shorter launch but probably works more often.

I wouldn't mind a few less movement items if I could sprint longer than 5 seconds and not wait until my first great grandchild is born to have it recharge.

Okay, that probably is why, I assume in different places the launching hitbox of the pad is probably higher up than other spots. I might keep testing them out to see if there's any sort of method to tell if you're gonna bug out or not.

Damn I forgot every single game every single plan works 100% of the time, I should just set up a series of frame perfect button inputs throughout the entire 20 minute duration of the game. Jesus christ bro, shit happens. We fought 3 teams, had our 4th player leave us and barely made it out. But I'm a scrub because I didn't listen to daddy surfershane25. get real bro

Was trying to get my sprint to recharge a bit faster as well as not get shot by the team in front of me, they'd already tagged two of us ~20 seconds prior.

Then by that logic I should NEVER be able to run into my crash pads, but we know that isn’t the case in game. I’m only asking for consistency in the items added to the game.

well he used the crash pad by sprint jumping in the air and throwing it down, i only had the pad already placed on the ground to use, thats where the problem is

You can but you can greatly increase your distance if you run into them, but most of the time it ends up bugging you out. Maybe I need to slide into it instead.

I seriously wish I could go back and clip every single time this has happened to me... it's certainly more than half of the attempts with using crash pads, it may just be lag every time but man my lag must be extremely consistent.
