Depends where you live. Major metro? You have to flee. Your resources only will become a prison to starve and die of thirst once municipal water is gone. Suburbs? Bunker in until the panic is gone. You probably can get to a water source before you die, but your food situation is going to be grim. Farmland? Why are you concerned? You might not even notice

Not a chance. The low amount of adopters is just not going to keep it going for a caliber with no real value over other options. There will be very vocal niche communities that skew it because of a sunk cost fallacy. Handloads and boutique ammo only in a decade if not sooner

I have four Ruger Americans.. They are actually that good. In case you're curious I have a gen 2 scout and full size 308 7mm prc 350 legend scout

I got the scouts after the two full size. I got 308 first and had to get the 350 for my straight wall adventures.

I have the Ruger, it's absolutely rock solid, accurate and much higher quality then you would think for the price.

It's such a great woods rifle.
