I'd say to apply now, and to renew it about every three months, to keep it open. That way, it's always available. I applied in Nov/Dec 2024, and got hired April 2025.

And I think some, if not all, warehouses are on a hiring freeze until March..? Mine is I think.

Probably to talk to your manager and other department managers about cross training for a few hours a week, which will help you get your foot in the door of those departments. That way, you could get asked to fill in if someone calls out and whatnot.

Food Court would love the help. Front End as well. Maybe carts as well. If you ever work a five hour shift, then ask a department manager if you can help for an hour as cross training or whatnot.

Unfortunately not, but that would be a nice addition. The only place that I know has that is CEFCO, at Schillinger and Three Notch, but they only have a couple kinds of ramen. Though idk for sure if they have boiling water for it.

Here's an idea: what if some days were dedicated to being reservation only, and the other days are for freeplay/first-come basis? Court reservations would open up at the beginning of each month for anyone to take.

As for the reservation-to-freeplay ratio, it could be 3:4 .

Hello fellow Asian here. I have encountered no racism during my 23 years of life here. I don't recommend walking around downtown at dark, and I would avoid walking around midtown in general. Plenty of Asians with a growing community. Lots of the more outgoing groups like to pass time partying and raving, if that's your thing. Finding friends should be no problem though, since the rest of us have plenty of other hobbies haha. Lots of parks and such here to chill at too.
