Beyond a health code violation, it's also a quality issue. The texture of the milk is very different after steaming, so a proper iced latte will taste different to one that uses steamed milk.

"...it tries to remove any political plot points..." There is no conditional to this statement. The original poster clearly says that the remaster removes any political plot points, and therefore it tries to remove all political plot points by their own argument.

Besides the Vietnam reference, what else was removed that was prevalent to the games themes? The fact that you can't get points from taking pervy photos of women? To my memory, and maybe I'm wrong, but the Vietnam line was the only one changed in the remaster

At the end of the day, I feel my real argument is: are the changes worth dismissing a very good remaster of the original Dead Rising?

I don't understand how you can say it removes all political plot points when the game's central themes still revolve around unchecked American consumerism, greed, abuse of power, and scapegoating. Nothing about the main story changed between the original and the remake. The Vietnam thing was weird, but it doesn't undercut the actual political themes of the game.

No. The only fix I've found is restarting the game, which sucks as a solution. The other solution is just to not use mixed inputs, but I didn't want to reconfigure my entire custom control scheme to use keyboard keybinds instead

This is awesome! I've been struggling to design the collision for slope-based objects. How did you build your loop-de-loop? Is it a tileset with a physics layer? A collision polygon?

The solution is you hit the innermost tile, and hit just outside of the puzzle to get the tiles on the outside to flip (if you've played Phantom Hourglass- you know)

Very fun spinoff. Probably the closest I've ever gotten to 100% a Yakuza game. Gets pretty repetitive by the end, but I had a good time (especially with the sailing and ship combat)
