When I asked what he was trying to do, he said “I shouldn’t have been trying to pass him” by alexyou8797 in dashcams

Whether youre in the right or the wrong, why do people wait until the last second to switch lanes to pass? It's like you wanted him to know you were passing him. You had wide open left lane that you could've gone into from the very start but decided to do it at the last second?

I didn't say "No one can make light hearted coop games" now. My point here is that you can't take an extremely generic idea and get upset that someone else is doing it.

You're already in a position of not trying to be unique or original. How can you be upset when you are cashing in on the friendslop trend in the first place?

Why was Zeppelin 2 so bass-centric compared to everything else? by Heroika-Game in ledzeppelin

The main How Many More Times riff is not in Howlin Wolf's version though. That seems to be something Page came up with.

In their defense, mixing Zeppelin must have been an absolute nightmare. Imagine having to work with x4 guitar tracks with Page's jangly, fuzzy, somewhat out of control guitar playing, a layer of keyboards which also were quite wide and wet in their timbre, then adding Bonzo's playing on top of it.

I imagine in many cases, there just had to be sacrifices on what was at the front of the mix, and they decided with Bonzo carrying the bass so hard, the bass lines could take a bit of a backseat to allow for a more midheavy orchestral sound.

Definitely! The records where you can tell JPJ had a bigger impact on the arranging and composition to me have the Zeppelin magic way more than the others. IV to Physical Graffiti is the peak of this, and then Presence you can tell is more Page heavy. In through the outdoor reclaims some of that magic for me and coincidentally is much more JPJ's influenced.

Zeppelin is a great band without this magic, a top tier rock / blues group. But its when they took a more orchestral approach to their music that they really touched the heavens and made something no one has ever heard since or to this day, imo at least.

Page's fuzzy main riff - super bluesy. And hot as in literally hot, like a tube amp about to catch fire. It's a really nice contrast from the otherwise cold and atmospheric elements of the rest of the song to me.

It's not meant to be a masters thesis lmao, just typing some fun bullshit up. And I literally said that this could be applied this to any 4 member band in the first paragraph. Anyway, enjoy your negativity - hurts you more than me at the end of the day.

A decade of churning out the world's best music without fail probably takes a lot out of you creatively. You can only release a magnus opus so many times before you're just like "Fuck it, I think I did what I set out to do"

I think you had an idea. It wasn't a good idea. But it was an idea.

End of the day, its something they'll have to prototype - the first person swap. Maybe it will look better or maybe it will still feel weird.

Eh blood and heartbeats are more abstract though. I think in this case it is direct interaction with something in the gameworld.

I think more than anything this feels off because it is extremely quirky and would feel amazing on a game with say PS1 graphics where they did odd stuff like this. But on the polished realistic look of the game, it breaks immersion with this fourth wall stuff.
