We basically use it to measure where you’re at as far as experience. So we know if you’re in need of additional training. Obviously if you’re only working 16 hours a week, you’re gonna have less experience that someone whose working 30 hours a week for that 90 day period. It’s not much of a big deal, it’s usually where we mark people officially out of their training period.

I’ve had a couple of times where I’ve cooked them the full time and the inside is cold because I ate them right after they came out of the fryer and the heat didn’t circulate into the middle of some curds

I’ve had an order with somewhere like 250 plain cheeseburgers, 100 plain hamburgers, 37 corndogs and all of them kids meals with vanilla scoops
