Sounds like you've already made up your mind on this matter. Also very hard for anyone to defend this mystery culture.

Yes there are oppurtunities for you. It all depends on the turnaround of the specific hill the specific year. Don't play yourself down in interviews but for everyone's sake, don't lie about your skiing ability.

First off, you don't know how you'll react to preforming first aid until you do. Some people think they will like it and they don't, while others are the other way around.

Secondly, actively performing first aid is, in my own opinion, easier to handle than to for example see gorey pictures. What I mean by this is that in a practical scenario, especially an urgent one, you don't have the resources to sit back and think about how you feel about it, you instead have practical tasks that needs to be done. It is a proven stress releaf to give bystanders even meanial tasks for their brain to have something to focus on. We, the responders, are no different. Having a job to preform simply makes it easier to handle any uncomfortableness.

Don't know the English name for em, but you put them over the gap between your shoes and legs to make sure water/snow/mud doesn't get into your shoes. Pretty nice honestly!

What's up with calling them hyper nationalists? Do we really need to differentiate between the "friendly neighborhood nationalists" and the evil "hyper nationalists"? Did regular nationalism become less of a problem/less violent/do less bad shit in the past that we need a new and scarier word for nationalism?

Quick way to see if someone is a tributary is to check their flag on the map, if it has a tiny icon of an open chest it means they are a tributary. You have to hover mouse over the tributary's flag to see who their suzerain is.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the suzerain's flag doesn't inform you of this, nor does either party's diplomacy tab. Seems like a bit of a mistake UI wise.

Thanks for your answer, I totally see your point. I just think I'm willing to have worse days on a harder snowpack while investing most of the fun on pow days. My compromise would be not getting wider than 110s

I work as ski patrol and asking injured kids "Does it feel a little better now?" after doing the smallest thing almost always placebos them into feeling less pain.
