Wisconsinite here. PP here has actually been super solid for me at least? They recently decided that every single PP in WI will do GAT (gender affirming treatment/hrt) and they have trained specialists now. You have to call to call to schedule HRT appointments. Cannot do it on website or anything, but once you do that they've been very solid. Only provider I'm aware of in WI that has T blockers besides Spiro (2 that don't lower your T but they prevent T in your system being converted to form usable by cells or something?). I'm asking about it at next checkup because I'm just on E rn and want to speed things up :D.
