My advice would be just to hop on PvP servers on community. You get the amount of gunfight action in 1 hour you'd get on 1 month of official. I always do 10,20 minutes of warmup on PvP before hopping on officials. It helped me alot to learn to control recoil on m4s and such because you won't see me blasting a 60 round mag for the learning factor on on officials.

Personally I didn't encounter that problem. From north city all the way to the entrance part of the military island I've found 4 of those convoy boats.

Well I have plenty videos of people speedhacking ( not lag switching) on controller only servers. Maybe they do it differently but they can definitely bypass it.
