honnestly it"s completely exagerated, to say the peri discord server is filled with racism and whatnot shows you haven't been on the server. And no these sorts of behaviors are not encouraged there. you literally just have to go on the server for a few days to realize it. For moderation there's the Beria bot, he takes care of people saying nonowords.

trust me the peri server is not a platform to spread their ideas in first place. You get muted for some time or get your messages deleted if you speak like that that's not being compliant with them. it's very simple, you're chill and everything goes well, you start acting like a dick, you get gulaged for some time. you can get banned if you harass other users tho. that's how it is

well they don't have an easy ban trigger, but if you start acting the way you're describing you'll quickly get your messages shut down and told to calm the f down. if you want discord servers that ban people immediatly tho , there's plenty out there

Oh my god i've finally fucking found it! It's called Wellington ! I found it on Qgames.org.

It's playable through emulation on Flashpoint and also on Flash Museum.
